I recently attended the Buying Summit and came away feeling great and a little overwhelmed.
I have been a member of Dean's group for three months.
while I have learned a lot and implemented what i have learned I haven't closed a deal.
I am not throwing in the towel - far from it. I met Dean at the summit and received for free his book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash.
I am a diamond member of his program, have one on one mentoring and have been doing my homework but have decided (partly due to necessity) that my next goal is to read and follow exactly his blueprint for success in 30 days.
I am grateful for all of the education and valuable information I have been given from Dean and his academy. All of this information keeps me up at night just thinking about it and trying to absorb it all, so much so that I have been almost paralyzed from taking action.
Hence the focus on the book.
For anyone who might be feeling like they are under information overload let me say sometimes it helps just to go back to the basics and trust that you will know what you need to know when you need to know it.

Thanks, Nan for your well wishes. Congratulations on your new start! I don't know if you feel the same but for me even though in many ways, my financial situation is worse than it was before I started this program (mostly due to joining the program) I have never felt better about my situation - not only financially but personally as well. I truly do believe that with the right education, which I am getting here and with putting into action I really can change not only my today but my tomorrow as well.
I truly hope you are feeling as hopeful and positive for the future as I do and I wish you every success.

Boots on the Ground
Hello, I am just beginning the program. Last weekend I purchased a package. I learn every day. I am making my Bandit signs this week. Expecting good results to start my Buyers list. I am going to my first Boots on the Ground event this month. I love the fact that I have so much support through this team. The education and knowledge I am getting is priceless. Good investing to all of us newbies.
