I am scared too....
I've been putting my buyer's list together because after all you have to have somewhere for the houses to go after you get them. There are a ton of seller's out there it's getting stuck with a house forever that scares me. One that I don't want! But I'm taking baby steps and doing something every day to move forward. I set little goals every day, even if it's just checking on the house at the corner that had a sign up or checking the boards at Fred Meyers or something. I figure if you take little steps the big ones will be over before we know it and we'll have our first sale, right? Right! Good luck to you!
