i am a married christian. my wife and i are dirt poor, but have faith that GOD will lead us out of this. hopfully it is through realestate. which would be perfect because i have been a general contractor for the past thirty years. i totaly understand the importance of homes to people who need them. i can't wait to be that connection, while getting paid well for it. although my wife will be doing all of the computer work.lol:)

This is not an easy business and it is not fast. But if you are willing to work hard and do exactly what Dean says to do in his books, it works! One other very important ingredient is determination. You have to go into it with the attitude that no matter what, you will do it until it happens!

You do have a very big advantage having been a contractor. You already know how to look at a property and know what needs to be done. That is HUGE!

Devour information on this site and read Dean's books over and over.

Most of us have been in your financial position and many have been able to work our way out.
