Hard Money Lenders and Investors

Hi everyone I was looking in to posting some ad's on craigslist in order to find hard money lenders and investors in the San Diego area. How can I word my ad's right so I can appeal to the right audience? Is the anyone with any tip? Thank you.

Wording is very improtant here when advertising for funds. There are limitations as to what you can say, and this is all governed by the SEC. After you draft something up I would suggest running it by your lawyer...Jan
