Today, (December 23, 2013) I made a conscious decision. That decision was to read as much as I can and absorb as much real estate knowledge from Dean, his site, his books, the internet, etc. and store all information until I can get on US ground. I'm scheduling this for sometime in September 2014.

You should be proud of your commitment, because it takes time, money, effort, and dedication to make that first leap. When I made it, there were a lot of things that scared me. Just think, you are doing this to help others! Whether it would be your children, spouse, family members, friends, and even the complete stranger you sell your house to or you buy from because they can't pay their mortgage. To somebody, you will be a hero to. And not only someone else, yourself. Be proud!
