Working hard to find properties
Still working on getting Private lenders. Looking at alot of properties going to open houses and wating on reply from My friend on her property to see what she really wants to do. After tax season is over in a week and a half my husband will be doing alot more work again towards offers and negeotiations with people on properties. I am also keeping up with the daily articles that i find on realestate. Not sure if this is true really but it kind of seems like the sales in this area are increasing from past years.
