Spent the day
Spent the day today and will again tomorrow in a class for Residential property inspections. My husband and i are taking this 2 day class. Very informative and we will be going as a class to inspect a house tomorrow morning.
Second day
My husband and i were at a class for the second day in a row on Residential Inspections. In the state where we live we can now take what we learned and go do inspections if we choose to do so. I think eventualy we will do this. Lots to absorb on that but worth the time even if you dont want to become an inspectors. I think this will make us better negotiators when it comes back to looking at properties and making the offer. I learned alot.
