Ok here it is. I have a friend that came to me yesterday to help her with selling her house. I am not sure exactly what to ask about her house or where to start. She did tell me that the bank has started forclosure procedures on the house. I also know that It has a large assesment attached by the county for some street work 2 years ago. It is also a small bedroom community. This is about all i know on this property. What i want to know is what to ask to lock this property under contract. It eventualy will be bank owned if she can't sell this spring. Anything to get started with this property will help.

Apartment complex
Ok here is the story i heard in the news this morning for this area. Maybe we can help these people. Here goes the story. There is an apartment building in the twin cities area that has evicted all if its tenants. Could be up to 200 units. The city has sited the property owners with not complying to minimum city fire codes and how many other violations. They have revoked the rental lisence of the property owners and now the maybe 200 units filled with people have to be out by March 1st. This means that they will need new rental housing in the area. I dont know if i should attach the article since it has the property owners and the city name in the article. The thing is these people will need to find housing soon. I know the city and the property of what the artical talks about. I dont know exactly will need to be done to get the units up to code. I also know the have pest problems. I am not a commercial developer. I want to help these people find a place to rent. I do have a contact name and number from the article. Is this worth going to the city council to get this property really cheap? That is todays story for my blog. I hope we can help somehow.
Farm Property
This same friend that came to me about her house has told me about a property in or around the St Cloud area of Minnesota. This is an 80 acre property with a farm house on it. This property belongs to her sister inlaw and is starting to go through forclosure also. Zillow says the property is worth about $170,000.00. mY Friend said that it had been listed but we could not locate a listing on this property. It seems to me that this listing has expired through a realestate agent. She also mentioned that she thought that the property was listed too high in the first place. I think she said the original listing was somewhere around $200,000. I dont deal with farm properties but if someone deals in Farm properties around the St Cloud MN area please let me know by pm or message thank you.
Farm Property
I asked my friend today about her friend with the farm property in forclosure. She said she has not been able to get ahold of her friend to have her call us. Her friend has been having some family emergencies and has not returned her call.I am not sure at this time where we are with this property if anywhere at all.
