Well today is a new day and I have taken to the neighborhoods in my area to start getting my feet wet again in "My Real Estate" investing business. As I continue to be educated through your books Dean I realized a very important action I had to take and that was, to take ownership of my actions. To do what needs to be done in my business and continue to take ownership of it period. Driving through neighborhoods was really great for me because it took me back about ten years ago when I had started on this investing track but got off after a very bad experience with some people that I will not expand on.I thought "WOW" this is something...here I am in 2013 pursuing my dream once again! I also said out loud,I hate being broke!!! "I will never be broke another day in my life". Thank you Dean for the example you are for so many, many people. Amen!
The 14 Day Credit Challenge
Dean I want to thank you for partnering with Philip Tirone and having him offer the 14 day credit challenge to your students.It is an awesome program and there is nothing like it on the planet. It has given me a greater out look on my real estate investing also because now after going through the program there will be no doubt about qualifying for a loan for a property.Having to juggle have of the information from different directions I am excited and up for the challenge of being a REAL ESTATE INVESTOR.
Finding Cash Buyers for bulk inventory
Dean, thanks for the opportunity to be on DG because I would not be doing this thing called investing if I had not seen you one night on tv period. You have shown that you have the integrity and honesty that I have searched for for so long. I was contacted by a friend of mine whom I attend church with. He works as a mortgage broker but also has a business of his own where he can supply cash buyers with REOs in bulk if they qualify with proof of funds with a minimum of $5million. I met with him and he ask if I had any cash buyers who could purchase REOs in that manner. I went to work and found four investors who were looking for such deals.Out of the four two have now sent over their criteria to my friend so that his company can start doing their work on these deals.In addition Dean I need to come up with a broker fee agreement with the cash buyer I am bringing to the table.Can you help me with locating such document because I would like to get paid for my efforts on this deal.This is not an assignment of contract which I have done before.This is different and I need some help as to where or how to write up a "broker fee agreement". Can someone out there help me with this? I would appreciate it very much.
