A site to find out what has sold in your area & for how much
Again I was having problems finding this information & thought there has to be a way to find this out. So I went to a site I use often for (Fair Market Values)for properties I am keeping and eye on & sure enough I could use it to see what had sold,when it sold, what it sold for, what the FMV was,what the information on the property was(bdrms,baths & so on)& of course the address of the property. So just thought I pass it on.
