1. I MUST complete, execute NEW property mgmt agreements for 3 properties I bought at the Summit.
Problem: where are the template forms for me to get this done?
I'm going to check in the Veil package, yes, the blueprint is another thing I must complete asap & get started!
Problem: I'm confused. Ryan sent emails saying I need to get insurance on these props by closing yet Lars said they are covered the 1st year. I am sick & have no idea what to do about that.
Problem: Got an invoice from Affinity. If I'm paying Nat'l. RE for the property insurance, what is the Affinity invoice for?
Sorry for basic questions & being afraid of missing deadlines with proper forms. I'm sick, sister is telling me to sleep but I am afraid if I don't get this stuff rolling I'll miss the deadlines. I cannot control all. I WANT to do all things correctly.
I've spent a huge sum to get here and am not going back! I just need guidance getting this system setup. All help is appreciated.

a property management agreement is provided by the PM company. They should have all your information if they are collecting the rents, so that they can forward the funds to you.
If the properties have insurance for one year, the name of the owner/beneficiary (you) needs to be updated by the insurance company. Contact the insurance company and they will help you straighten things out for your properties.

Hey Karen & Valerie, I sure appreciate your kind words. I have called both Affinity & Property Direct. Due to the holidays Lars will get back to me next week. I am trusting this group, although I have been burned twice before & am scared. But hey, if I don't do SOMEthing, NOTHING will ever change. I am trying to trust again. Ok, group hug! Ha. Just an update
since I'm working with Shawn on time mgmt I see most users seem to post journals. Thus I'll discontinue this & move forward with the journal. STILL overwhelmed with tasks but I keep putting 1 foot in front of the other... to success!
