DESPERATE OUT OF STATE OWNER

I also have an out of state owner that is desperate to sell. His renters moved out and he is going on five months behind as of the 16th of next month and just wants out with nothing to do with the property.

His agents contract ran out and he wants me to take over the property. I'm not quite sure how this Subject To works, but tomorrow I'm gonna try, even if I fail at least I can say I tried a Subject To. I'm sending and signing the contract in the morning on it.

We both looked at it on Zillow and he agreed to work with me and get the deal done. I've called a Realtor company, spoke with the receptionist, got five agents number that work with investors, and will screen them in the morning. That's all I know how to do for now.

He lives in Iowa, I live in Minnesota, and his property is in West Virginia. My job decreased in pay this month, SO I HAVE TO MAKE THIS WORK. I have my expenses, my coaching expenses, and not to mention my offerings to cover. As Lord is willing, something has to give. WISH ME WELL, $$$$

If nothinf else, I'll refer to Deans book. I have three on disk, but have only read one so far. (PFRERN).
