I attended my first Meet-Up Group last night and was kinda nervous, being around all of those Big Ballers and all, I found them to be just like me, human. No difference, Before going there I had called the Success Academy for support and confidence I got some advise and I ran with it.
I asked the right questions, took in every detail, and went from there. There's No Catch 22, They are only like-minded people like myself. They took me in with open arms, we introduced ourselves, got to know where everyone was at in their career paths, and settled in for some (CASH FLOW 101) it's a real life boardgame on investing and buying stocks. Never played before, Won $400K in the first 10 minutes of the game, and enjoyed it (everyone should play it)!
I met a particular investor who has some UNDER WATER properties and gave me the opportunity to pass them off to my END/BUYERS. I spoke to Coach today to assist me in how to make the offers. I will post later on the outcome. WISH ME WELL!

I've heard of cash flow 101 from reading the Rich dad's series of books. I will attend my first meeting soon, and although I am not quite that afraid, I am a little apprehensive as well. Just hope my groups is as good as yours.
CASH FLOW 101
I've never read the book. All you have to do is suggest a certain day that coincides with others scheduling and just go for it. You can even start your own group you know. All you need is the gameboard, willing participants, and a place to congregate that's it. It is sooo worth it!
Put those negative feelings aside. The game can last for hours, you can get lost in real-life investing, educational, stocks, you name it. It is like something out of this world! I got to bring my INCOME STATEMENT home. We didn't even get a chance to finish. Time got away from us,, 6pm-10:45pm. Only supposed to be from 6pm-8pm. I'LL BE BACK! Every other Wednesday of the month.
Wont hurt to suggest. Put it in the suggestion box, if there is one, (WORD OF MOUTH). "A closed mouth won't get fed." Be Brave, and enjoy like I did, never know, you just might pick up some great deals from other investors. Thanks for the inspirtional words.

Just checking on how that Cash Flow 101 is coming along. Since the last time I heard from you, you said that you were a lil doubtful.
Other DGers from my state MN are coming together more than once a month and are playing at a local library. Try that with a few friends and see how that flyes.
