I got the list from the agent that list all the cash bought properties and I started looking up who the buyers are. I am stumped. I found that some of these cash buyers are companies like HUD and I am wondering do we skip those properties that have been bought by real estate companies or do we offers a services to them? Also, some of the cash buyers are living in the home they purchased, so do I write them off or offer my services to them as well? Maybe these are stupid questions but I need to know. So, if anybody can answer these questions it would be appreciated. Thank you!
