Training Classes

I am disappointed again that I don't have the money to take these classes or training from the gurus, who I feel can help me get my real estate business of the ground. Unfortunately, I have to pass on this opportunity again I just can't afford it. I just have to do what can however I can. If I could get one-on-one training on how to do wholesaling and short sales I would be happy. I would love to get to where Matt Larson's students are now. Oh well, next time.

I NEED HELP

I am still trying to get my first deal done. I need more buyers however, I do not have the time or resources to locate them. I don't know how or where to begin.

Trying to Get My First Deal Still

I am still working on getting my first deal. Thanks to the members on DG, helping by answering my questions and providing lots of advise. I really feel that I am not alone and I am certain I will have my first deal by the end of this month.

Where Am I Now!

I have no idea what day I am on since I started reading "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" but I am still working on my buyers list. I will, without a doubt start sending out my letters to these buyers. I met with my agent yesterday, needless to say it did not go the way I wanted it to. The agent took my offer to cut him in on some deals, and turned it around to cut me in on some deals. I am going back to the drawing board to figure out how that happened. LOL So I am going back to the book to see what I did wrong. I refuse to let my agent have control over me.
