I have no idea what day I am on since I started reading "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" but I am still working on my buyers list. I will, without a doubt start sending out my letters to these buyers. I met with my agent yesterday, needless to say it did not go the way I wanted it to. The agent took my offer to cut him in on some deals, and turned it around to cut me in on some deals. I am going back to the drawing board to figure out how that happened. LOL So I am going back to the book to see what I did wrong. I refuse to let my agent have control over me.
Meanwhile.......
I am still trying to build up my La Bella Baskets and Home Decor business at the same time I am trying to build my Real Estate business. I will be starting school in June to earn my Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management while looking for a job in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding.
I know I have a lot to deal with along with the fact that I have two children, who need me now more than ever and I would like to be a working stay-at-home mom, so I can be there for them whenever they need me. My family and I have struggled for too many years. And I feel that this is my opportunity to break out of this curse we have been living under for so long. Or so I am praying it is.
