i think i pressed smthng in my last blog entry oh well w/laptops it's easy to do tht at right they say i should get a mac i prob will. well as I said in my last blog picking up fr there i got to the point of making a bunch of offers here in san diego and getting several 7 prop's under contract but couldn t close them for x reason, not enough buyers on my list short end of it i wasnt following the blueprint like dean & matt say.
well I take a break for a couple of mo's and now am back at it i have started making offers again w/a vengeance here in san diego and i am sure to get smthng soon and i havve 5 byers on my list and 2 contractors and am wrkng on the rest of my team. here we go! loved your blog today dean it was fantabulous.

ok so since the last time have still been making offers here in san diego about 10 a day but am ramping it up to 20 a day my realtor is gun ho and says he is on board & he can do 100 offers a wk if i want to and i said I want LOL.
Made offers on expired listings too about 10 of them and told him to resubmit all past offer we didnt hear anything back on and increase offers 5% he said alright. Putting up 15 bandit signs tomm pm.

well I am soldiering forward even though I have not had any offers accepted here in san diego but will not give up ever-I am still standing! And I am adding bandit signs, I didnt want to buy any because I am heavily invested(according to my budget) but now will!
since last time
Well I have ordered the signs finally had another villain inside week only a couple of productive days I am so upset about that but have to suck it up & go forward. I live in a sm 1 room apt w/my wife and boy is it hard to do anything here when we are both here it is nearly impossible with her wanting to cook and clean or watch tv and she doesnt believe I will make in REinvesting sometimes it is sooo discouraging.
But I am going forward forcing us to get up early and get with my vision because it is our vision I tell her one day here soon you will thank you, I forgive you because you know not what you do
LOL but is it true she just doesnt know. I get so encouraged with DG.com I am so energized by listening to Dean especially these videos. I am going to a REI club meeting this Tue I believe and am going to approach the leader to see if we can work together somehow or if someone there can work with me.
But I am taking action not just waiting to see if they partner with me, regardless, if they dont I will go forward anyway and will find a mentor eventually. I am making offers in Ohio now found a great resource an asset mgr w/prop;'s there and have 3 buyers in Oh now and have 8 buyers here in san diego no 9 now. making offers here w/a realtor annd on my own too off of craigslist. My bandit signs should arrive Mon I think and have someone who puts them up for $2.00 a sign +$500 a deal, so off we go. Is anybody reading this? I wonder. Im sure somebody will.
