Found my agent!

I spoke with my niece who works for Coldwell Banker and she would be glad to work with me. I'm going to her office today to get the list of cash buyers in the last 90 days. So excited!!!!

Hey Teresa.Question.When you where searching for your agent.what where some questions you ask wild on your search.Also how did you no she was the right agent?Was it something she sad or just a feeling?

Hi Jay. Actually, it wasn't too difficult because I already knew her....she is my niece. When I told her what I wanted to do, she asked me to come to her office and she had printed out the cash buyers list for me. If you haven't read "30 days to Real Estate Cash" you need to get that book. It pretty much tells you exactly what to do and what questions to ask. I'm just getting started myself so I'm probably not the best person to get advice from! LOL!
