Joe was truly amazing!!! I must say I was a little nervous going into the Boots on the Ground Seminar, but my partner and I decieded that we were going to use this as our STEPPING STONE to success.....and wow...
We had SEVERAL A-HA moments!!! Joe helped us "dot the i's" and "cross the t's" and how wow was the Lowes trip with Joe terrific!! Seriously, what other program not only provides you with the materials but ENCOURAGES their trainers to actually walk us through the ACTUAL products they use in their rehabs??
Seriously we took the training, we went through the basics, and 2 days after the the boots we already have 3 responses to just our craigslist ads!!!!
AMAZING!!! WE WERE PSYCHED WHEN WE GOT THROUGH THE SEMINAR WITH STEPHEN EDWARDS, AND NOW WE ARE HITTING THE GROUND RUNNING WITH THE KNOWLEDGE WE HAVE AFTER THE BOOTS SEMINAR WITH JOE!!!

Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it. I am so glad you both enjoyed the Boots on the Ground Event in Orlando this past week. I enjoy meeting and working with DG students and it is nice to know students such as yourselves appreciate not only the course content but also all the golden nuggets that are shared. These golden nuggets are some of the most valuable lessons that we learned and now share with other students as we move forward with our real estate investing.
