First let me say, Dean's information is great and this is a golden opportunity for me. But here's the issues/problems:
1. I've been on medical leave from a dead end job (Security Officer)due to health related issues.
2. My doctor have cleared me to go back on light duty, but again it's a dead end job and I know how it's going to play out.
3. I'm in law school-had time on my hands so decided why not plus I like to learn.
4. I, like Carol Stinson, used my last dollars (money for my bills of course)for the Rock Bottom Blueprint.
5. Having hard time finding an agent with any common sense or at least willing to get out their own way and think creatively for a change.
6. Frustrated and up against "TIME" so I was thinking of returning program. If I got back to my job, being in law school also, I won't have time to pursue this.
Here's the question: What would you do if you in my shoes?
Any thoughts?
Put Dean/Carol to the Test
This is what I would do.....
1. Figure out the last possible moment before I have to return the course in order to get my money back, and make that my mark to make some cash that would potentially cover the cost of the course.
2. With the time that I have left (provided it is enough time ex: 20+ days), I'd try to wholesale a property, or at least get one under contract.
3. Once I'd have a contract in place, I would use everything in the course, or on the blogs available, to find an end buyer.
4. If you can prove to yourself that you can do this in the 20 something days left...than you should keep the course, keep your 'behind' in school (there is no substitute for education), and if you need another job...find one that you like. Or if you see that you can create enough income from the wholesaling thing, that could be your job.
5. Just my two cents..."doggone" that is what I'm going to do. I didn't buy the course, but I'm going to get a wholesale deal before August ends.
Hey, in the end, you have to decide on what is best for you.
Good Luck!
I would be taking action
walbro,
law school is going to cost you a whole lot more than the RBBP!
You can take action and in the next 30 days you could close a deal! law school will take you years before you graduate, pass the bar, get a job.
If you're anything like Carol Stinson, you would be working your butt off right now to get your buyers list and find some deals!
If you don't have the time and the heart to pursue this, then return it and let someone else have the opportunity to succeed in rei.
wishing you success,
Valerie
