Needs Answers

First let me say, I received The Edge DVDs in the mail and I spent the whole weekend glued to my computer soaking up all the knowledge I can. Dean and everyone was great! I'm ready to Light My Fire, as Nathan Street says.

But I got questions, for anyone who wants to chime in.

1. Is it best to work with a Real Estate agent who is "already working with investors or who will work with investors?"

--I asked this question because I don't want the agent to give a good deal I tell them about to another investor they know or have been working with longer.

2. If you knew of a neighbor who up and left their house, meaning it's vacant now and sooner or later it will go to foreclosure, would you call the bank before the foreclosure happen and try to buy it?

Thanks.

Any Thoughts On This?

First let me say, Dean's information is great and this is a golden opportunity for me. But here's the issues/problems:

1. I've been on medical leave from a dead end job (Security Officer)due to health related issues.

2. My doctor have cleared me to go back on light duty, but again it's a dead end job and I know how it's going to play out.

3. I'm in law school-had time on my hands so decided why not plus I like to learn.

4. I, like Carol Stinson, used my last dollars (money for my bills of course)for the Rock Bottom Blueprint.

5. Having hard time finding an agent with any common sense or at least willing to get out their own way and think creatively for a change.

Day1 - Again

My first day 1 was just going through the material. But today is Monday-8/8/11-and I've already got an agent setting me up to view the MLS listing in my area as if I was siting in his office. One though, he told me he can't pull together a list of cash buyers because it's private information. Is it really?

Day 1

I purchased the Rock Bottom Blueprint on 8/6/11 and I have viewed the first video. So I will try out Matt's plan on my next door neighbor who is a real estate agent. We'll see how it goes.
