Day1 - Again

My first day 1 was just going through the material. But today is Monday-8/8/11-and I've already got an agent setting me up to view the MLS listing in my area as if I was siting in his office. One though, he told me he can't pull together a list of cash buyers because it's private information. Is it really?

I just read in another post that completed sales in some states fall under a non-disclosure law. So your agent could be telling the truth.
Ask an attorney or do some online searching to verify.
If it turns out to be incorrect, ask your agent why or just move on to another agent.
