I have studied but never did the action. I have owned my own business and have done very well. I want to do more in real estate than anything in my life. I am a high achiever so why can I not be successful in Real Estate. What is stopping me?

Getting Over The Fear, You Got This!
Trying something new is scary. I am a college student, so I don't have the amount of business experience and knowledge that you have about how things work in the business world. I don't have that much to lose, I am basically just starting my adult life, with fewer responsibilities than the average adult.
What I have is pressure. Pressure from friends, professors, parents... Especially parents. The normal thing is to get a job somewhere and work from 9-5, Monday-Friday every single week. But I am not normal. That doesn't appeal to me.
That's what I see in you. Your interest in doing something different & risky, sets you apart from anyone else. You took a risk by putting down a lot of capital, or took loans, or collected money from investors to run your own business. That took guts, & you succeeded.
Why is this any different?
You're going to have people tell you that Real Estate is too risky, you can't trust tenants, ect. Those are the red-light thinkers you do not want to listen to. Those are people that were not educated enough or listen to the media too much or other things were holding them back and they just gave up.
Surround yourself with green-light thinkers. People at this site that are in the same position as you, that want to make that leap, but they can't because something is holding them back. Talk to those people, surround yourself in your life with people who are positive, forward thinkers. Trust me, when you do that, you won't be afraid to do it as much.
If you have anymore questions or things you want to talk about, let me know! Private message me or something.
