I want to specialize in "Assignment of Contracts," and so earnestly want to complete a deal. Does anyone know the complete process and could you share it with me. I've read and made attempts at making offers with Real Estate agents help; however, an actual deal has not been done yet. Please share your experience with me. Thank you. Evangeline
