Just in the past week I've stared my buyers list. By placing ads and responding to adds, I'd say I'm getting approx 10%-15% "return." That is to say, of all the messages I send out, that percentage is going onto my buyers list. I have no idea if that's a good rate or not, but I'll take it.

I got my real estate agent lined up today. It was SUPER easy. About 3 minutes into a 10 minute phone call and he was on board! I called the realtor who sold me my house 8 years ago. We got along then and I thought it was worth a shot.

We'll begin looking at & sifting through properties within the next 24 hrs. My goal is to be able to place offers on Monday!

One foot in front of the other, one at a time, step by step...

Well, at least for the kids it is. My first day of the DGSA was last week and I'm pumped over the decision! I am really excited about this and I can't wait to have my business become profitable!

Alright, only a few more days to go and I'll be in the Success Academy! Had to juggle a couple things, do a little homework, make a couple changes, but now we're sooo close to getting in and getting cranking!!!

I've got some early goals laid out already and a couple steps have already been taken. Hopefully they are congruent with what coaches & mentors tell/teach me.
