Alright, only a few more days to go and I'll be in the Success Academy! Had to juggle a couple things, do a little homework, make a couple changes, but now we're sooo close to getting in and getting cranking!!!
I've got some early goals laid out already and a couple steps have already been taken. Hopefully they are congruent with what coaches & mentors tell/teach me.
Everything I've read & learned so far...WOW!...it's sooo much!!! It's hard to keep it all straight at times. That's why the main reason I'm so excited to get into the Academy is the structure, "one foot in front of the other," mentoring that's available. From where I stand right now, I feel like I'm about to step onto a collge campus for the first time...I just don't know which direction to head first! But I will soon. 
And when I do, stand by...

Sounds like the battle is half won already with that 'do whatever it takes' mentality!
REI like every other business, profession, endevour was all foreign, challenging or overwhelming to each before they learned/master it. Then it will click, become second nature.
The SA is amazing. They are there for you, you pay for it.....USE them! They will help you anyway possible BUT they want do it for you.
Don't get overwhelmed, take a breathe when you need it, but keep moving forward.
