Hi I'm new at real estate and am trying to make my first offer on a For sale by owner property that just had sign put out today. The house is down the street from me and has been empty for about a year. I called the owner and he is out of state. He said it does not have an updated kitchen. I went on zillow and ran the comps of 3 similar houses that have sold and came up with with avg sq price 338.27$. This is 70k less than his asking price. I then figured out the after repair value at by .7 figuring med rehab this seems very low! I am unsure what to make my asking offer can some one help me

Hey everyone I'm looking to partner up with someone thats in my area upstate ny hudson valley . I have a small list of builders looking for income properties in dutchess,ulster and orange counties . I constantly find for sale by owner properties some just keep getting posted price keeps dropping , no buyer . Looking to put some minds & deals together.

Well, it seems like overnight things are starting to happen. We just need to keep our eyes forward. Great deals are srating to happen I can feel it.

We have our first deal on the horizon,just decidong how to wrap it all up.

Today we are figuring out all the details to help us decide on doing our first lease option. All the numbers are adding up. let's hope it all goes through and makes us some money.
