I am a retired General Contractor with over five decades of construction experience. I have constructed single family homes both small residential and multimillion dollar homes. In addition, commercial buildings and full condo developments as part of my experience.

In my retirement I have been keeping myself busy with helping friends and neighbors with repair projects for their homes.

As a young man I worked for a builder who hired a 5 man crew and we did everything needed to build a house. Dug the footers by hand, poured the concrete, framed the houses, installed the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, dry walled, painted, built the cabinets, installed all exterior siding, and roofing. We did it all, including landscaping.

I just saw Dean's weekly blog on Postlet. I went to the site and created a user profile. It was very easy to do, walks you through all the steps. I did not post the listing as it was just a test. I'll be attending Dean's live event on 3/18 and am looking forward to it. Best wishes to all!

I just couldn't get past the fear of making that first call to try to get a real estate agent. I didn't know why, but I found every excuse that there was not to call.

Finally, I set the "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" aside and pulled out "Totally Fulfilled". I am so glad that I did. I read the book and did the exercises suggested and my eyes began to open. I finished that book yesterday. I am so glad that I took the time to read/work that book. Things that I had allowed to hold me back were exposed, and I feel a sense of release ... FREEDOM! I can do anytthing

I gave the Genie my list of wishes this morning (Chapter 24). Then two strange things happened. Suddenly a door opened for me to fulfill 4 wishes that I hadn't even chosen as being most important to me. WOW!
