i need to get an LLC before i do assignment deal?

Most of us go through our day of life not really feeling what it is that our body is trying to get us to pursue. I know sometimes I will want to do a specific task, but because I am at work or on someone else's time, I will put it off or never even get to it.

Well lately, I have been honoring my inner feelings to do spontaneous things that I thought I didn't have the time to do before. Just taking control of my own feelings and honoring what I feel I should be doing, instead of what I think other people will expect of me.

With my credit the way it is. I feel in order for me to start getting funding for deals, i would need to have an LLC. My thought is that my credit history will be of no concern only the credit of the llc. If this is true please comment back. Im ready to start making offers but im nervous with my background i will have trouble. I have found great deals in my area and want to capitalize.

It took almost 3months for me to settle into my new life in Nashville. I have been to several meetings at the local REIA. i have taken a couple classes and made some good connections.
Just last week I connected with an out of town owner with 2 houses to sell, both duplex or larger. I found a buyer for 1 very quickly and am working on a buyer for the other. I stand to make up to $10K for wholesaling both. Not bad for a trainer and entrepreneur.
