I am in a area that is considered "country" or "Backwoods" when I put in the zip code in the websites that are provided in the book. I get the no results found for each website. Is there another site for small towns.

I'm a little shy at this I have found a home for my family it's a foreclosure and it's a HUD home. How do I deal with the real estate agent when I do not have good credit nor a down payment.
I just hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have been away from keeping up with Dean's website for awhile family situation that I had to take care of.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated very much.
