I promise to you Dean, I will be one of your best students.
I just was at the Hyatt Westlake seminar invitation,yesterday (2-3-13).
I am sure that it was the best things I've done in a long time. I signed Up for the 3 day seminar that is happening this weekend. Dean I have never been out of my comfort zone, but at the present time I feel glad I did it! I can tell you that I feel like you are an Angel sent from heaven. Thank you for helping me and helping so so many people. I will keep up this blog up inorder to be accounted to you and me.

BOOM BABY! $9,000 Assignment Fee on My FIRST APPOINTMENT & DEAL

So I put up about 40-50 bandit signs out during the weekends and take them down Monday morning. I did this for about a month. I got about 8 calls from this. The first call was from a local real estate investor looking to buy the houses I'm looking to wholesale. GREAT! I didn't know this at the time but we had met before at the local monthly real estate meetups. He is the host. A couple other phone calls were unmotivated, a few were over indebted and referred to a Short Sale Realtor. One week, a guy calls on a weekday from the ONE SINGLE SIGN I left up by accident.

Well. I havent made a deal yet. I cant continue cause I will only end up complaining...

LOTS OF POTENTIALS

I have found more than 10 properties that are good investments and have posted 3 of them on the DG Classified Ads section. I also found a couple of contractors who are interested in 4 others that I didn't post. My first deal is coming soon!!! There is one multi-unit that my contractor wants but we're negotiating the price. He is one of those "pennies on the dollar" negotiators. I love him anyway. He's been teaching me a lot on how to find the make the best deals.

Passive Income here we come

I'm helping my daughter (who's getting a divorce) find a rental in a safe area. she's living in corpus christi,tx
she's a asst manager for a pizza joint and her budget is 400 max. if anyone has a rental that could help please let me know.
