Hello, I have Deans book 30 day real estate, for a few months now, and I have read it as far as filling my two buckets. Were I am stuck on is where do I go about finding my investers, I read in the getting started section, that I should check the local paper, so I did and to no avail, there is no investers here in Mesa County. My question, is, given that the western slope is rual, I am willing to say, that I look in the sourronding cities and twon, I will find out the same thing no investers, so do I look out in a bigger and broader way, say Denver or what. OMG!!! In less than an hour I had already made a contact with another investor 109 miles from me and chatted with another member and just watching their chat I learned several little nuggets of information and i can't wait to get my first deal done and begin this new life experience. I think what Dean has done with the IE site is Amazing.

I received an e-mail from realtor.com asking to download this app. Darn I did not have an IPhone, SmartPhone, IPad, Kindle, or NotePad. Well I did not have any of those things. I did have a laptop.
