I need to invest in a self directed IRA - I believe by 12/31/12 for tax benefits - where do I go?

I am getting a bit frustrated because so many of the listings my realtor is sending me, I am finding that they are already under contract to some other buyer. I just have to tough my way through it. With every disappointment there is a reward waiting in the wings. I just have to find my first. Dean keeps encouraging me to keep going so that is what I am going to do.
I am going to have a major breakthrough in 2013. My pastor has told me and I know my GOD want it for me as well. Focus,Focus, Focus. Stay The Course.
