Hello and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! Dean talks about luck and this is not luck but hard work. I have a desire to do Real Estate but unfortunately, at my age 60-64 my health got in the way, like tripple by-pass heart surgeory, pneumonia, etc. I don't want to get negative, but I like the pep talks Dean gave me to keep me motovated. Now my health is behind me and I plan turn this lose and my goal this year is to get out of debt, pay cash for my first house and furnish it and its possible in Real Estate. Question: Grantor and Grantee
I record the contract (Agreement) at the Real Estate office of the Court House to make sure I get paid by Investor. When I get my check and its good......to release the lein to the Investor can close I fill out a Quit-Claim Deed. So whose the Grantor and whose the Grantee?
Is there a form called Release of Lein?

Oh gee slap me silly. I usually don't come one here I know it was 2009 the last time I logged in. Sorry about that. Health getting in the way. Bummer. Now back to health and checking this site as much as possible in 2014. Thinking of joining a Real Estate Investor Club in Norcross, GA. Long way to drive but I think it'll be well worth it.
