Does anyone know if there are forms on DG for giving to private money lenders to state your agreement with them on how you will be strucuring your deal with them.

Just a comment for myself. Started with Dean back in 09 while living on Maui. Left Maui in 2011 to take care of Dad at his home in Honolulu. Acted as his caregiver till he past in 2013.

My wife and I found out that my parents neighbor was losing her home to foreclosure. The home was in bad condition and we didn't worry about how much was owed, although she owed $82,000 and we calculated about $25,000 to get the property up to date. We spoke to a real estate agent and found that rental were approximately 1000 a month and comps for sold properties like this one were around $110,000.

I have had some time away from the DG family due to some soul searching and wisdom building on the spiritual level. Apparently it's all spiritual. I have a burning desire to co-ordinate a project that I originally began to design years ago. It incorporates real estate investing and the methods Dean teaches about choosing your exit strategy.

I want to have multiple destinations to visit while providing responsible honest people an exciting comfortable home that is sustainable and community friendly. I am enthusiastic about multi-family living with a sustainable community twist. People want to be around other people whom have the same interests as a whole.

I have started and almost completed deans book titled "Profit from real estate right now". I'm so excited to get started! so far I've created two marketing ads. One for buyers and one for sellers. I've even created an email site specially for my quest to be a successful Investor! Thanks Dean and the team for this opportunity!
