Matts 25:1 Strategy

I have been away from Deans site for quite some time. I was discouraged by the process of repeatedly getting tuned down. Not to mention that I was trying this all by myself.

I really had some good deals under my belt. But my lack of knowledge dealing with paperwork and legality and not working with people who were familiar with Dean, caused me to have deals pulled from under me, time and time again.

I would like to hear from Agents who have worked with wholesalers from Deans site, using Matts 25:1 Strategy.

One thing is for sure. I can find Buyers for days, in any market and in any hot spot! Learned that from reading Deans books over and over again.

I think the best way to make money in this is to have an Agent/Wholesaler WORKING RELATIONSHIP!

What are your thoughts?

I thought I'd try this 30 day thing starting 1-2-2015

Here's where I'm at: Day (1) one I read most of the 30 days to make money. now I'll see if I can implement it. my new business email is: RealEstateStarDeals@**** I try the assignment and 25 to 1 way of doing it. I need the $5000 as soon as possible. $5000 to me is like $500,000 to Dean or Matt.

Labeled wrong

What if the house I'm trying to sell is labeled 3 bed 2 baths. And the house had 5 bed 3 bath. So what do I do everyone tries to look it up and they tell the comps. On the wrong thing. What should I do

how do i get started

Thinking outside the box

I've been at this for sooooo long, but I can't seem to quit after all the failed attempts probably because of you all's post, thank y'all for showing me that there is success in this!!! Ok I'm taking a different approach, I'm going to get 4 blank signs from Home Depot should add up to 20$ well I hope so because that's all I can afford right now. I'm going on Keller Williams Realty site and I'm going to the open house section, then I'm putting 3 Bedroom 2 Bath For Sale Cash Only on the signs... I'm place each sign on the main corners where the open house is. Where I'm from that's called ( Short Stopping)! It's over a thousand open houses so when that open house is over I take the signs down and go to another one... A lot of work I know! But I need to succeed By-Any-Means!!!
