Over 100 Buyers CALLED ME

I planted the 24 bandit signs as instructed by Dean and Ms. Hague from the Livecast and I had over 100 buyers call me over a 3 night 4 day bandit sign marketing canpaign. It was amazing. They were still calling even after I took them down Monday night!
I'm still going through all the numbers, but I have made 53 contacts to date all the way from serious multiple buyers to Tenant buyers and even a few sellers.
I also went to my local Investers Club meeting and got about 7-10 buyers there. AMAZING. This truth helps me more and more beilieve in all the steps we need to take to do this over and over.

Hi All: Am in the process of reading 30 days real estate cash. I wanted to start by doing 'assignments' or being a finder for a buyer and/or a seller. I have some property sellers here in our county and found online a buyer who is e member of a RE network system here. I don't know yet how to start for this big fear factor in me. I learned from one of the testimonies here in the forums to call the buyer and ask if he pays a 'finder's fee if I give him a seller. Should I look for more buyer/s like the 25:1 rule?
One other help, is there one among you who is from my area here in Virginia Beach, Va. who I can connect with? I'd like to network here if there is/are so I can develop confidence and if I can get help like what what I read from many of you all here.

Tomorrow marks 4 weeks that I have attended one of DG's free events just to keep my husband company, not thinking that I myself would be getting anything out of it BUT it's been quite interesting to realize what has happened to me since Smiling I have not read as much as I have over the past few weeks since before I got married 22 yrs ago and I just can't stop. We have looked at some properties physically and LOTS of them online. We have our real estate agent in place, starting to fill the buyers bucket and I am READY to go and dive into the deep end. I am so very anxious to get my first deal done, I can hardly stand it but I am so scared at the same time.

I've had Deans three books now for one day. I am on day 6-10. Having a hard time understanding how to find purchase prices/info from county website. I have contacted all of the real estate companies in my area via email. My goal for today is to call them, I am contemplating practicing lol Smiling

p.s. How wonderful would it be to be in contact with a DG member in MN.
