Jools here creating a blog of my adventures and progress in REI.(Oct.8th 20012)I am a success academy student and passed it with flying colors. I have not made one deal yet. I thought at first it doesn't work.
But, after reading some of other Deans books and watched his inspiring video blogs, I understand that the only thing that wasn't working, was me. Yes me. I thought about it and told myself, "If that student can do it, so can I!" I know that sounds funny but this is what my mind is saying.

We were told to try Coastal Funding, but they just changed all their format for proof of Funds, and you don't have all that info right away.
The insiders cash only loans to LLC's.

These people are 100% prospects.

They are getting ready to be POUNDED with mail.

You will have to get through using 3D mail.

It’s best to use a drip mail or email system with this group.

The quality of the list is very important.

Anything you can do to get an advanced notice would dramatically increase your conversion ratios for the month.

You must be sure that you don’t look like an ambulance chaser!

Always remember that this is about helping the client, not you.
