How do I register the free website dean offers in the profit from real estate now book and also what are some of the way you all find buyers and sellers.

Heading out for Chicago area this week. There will be three events there that weekend; I will be in Oak Lawn, IL. I won't know which Hotel until Tuesday, but will post location when I know.

I'm about the go look at some open houses today and hand out my business card. I'm feeling really brave! LOL! I remember Jen Gray saying "to fake it till you make it", so that's what I plan on doing.

I have family that think I am nuts to get into REI so I choose not to discuss it with them at this time. I'll just work around them and when I'm successful, THEN I can talk to them about it.

I'm excited because "Liberty Kat" and I are talking and I'm going up to the Dallas/Fort Worth area at the end of October to meet her and attend my first REI meeting. Can't wait!

i've been working hard to find to find the great deals, and what do you know, last night this guy texed me, after he rejected several of my offers several weeks ago. he writes.. lets make a deal. it was no where near what i was offering, about $20,000 more than i was offering. then one of my investors writes me almost at the same time, saying send me some deals. so i said i have a house for $50,000 needs about $20,000 of rehab, but its CAD at $89,000. and he said, send it to me on monday, i got the place for $40,000. not a bad weekend. its funny how things work out....... thank you DG

It's been two weeks today since I registered at the website and three weeks since my husband and I went to a free seminar where I learned about the program for myself for the first time. My husband has been following Dean for a while and already had two of his books along side some other material. Real estate has always interested me but seemed too complicated at the same time. I don't know what happened but I can't get my mind off it any more. I am simultaneously reading two of dean's books (one in hard copy and the other one in audio format) I have been studying our local market with the understanding I have gained from the books so far and today we physically looked at the first two properties we might take into consideration.
