I'd like to Inquire into becoming a Dean Graziosi Real Estate Investor Coach.

I have attended the Buying Summit in Las Vegas and from that information had opened an Accuplan SDIRA, pooled in all financial resources from five different sources and paid $37,500 cash (about $42,00 with al the fees) for a 3/1 home in Columbus Ohio which is a Section 8 with a paying tenant. I have a great realtor in the area, and a Property Manager that I pay 11% of the $722 per month gross.

I had attended a BOG in San Diego, CA. with John Free and Ayres Boyd, Great couches!

We also had Ryan Hughes come to our home for a weekend as a bonus to the Diamond program.

I am awake for the third time today
sleeping 2 hours and getting up again watching as many videos as I can to get better and more educated to do better and be more successful. Time to back to sleep so I can get back up to watch the chat at 6;PM

I have a builder looking for property in these areas if anyone is interested St. Louis Co. or St, Charles Co. MO

I have looked at my first property, went back through all my notes of education, have my numbers for repairs, taxes, insurance, ect. I am moving to next step to make offer. But, today I am getting ready for Matt's web cast.

Well, it's been awhile since I posted. I pleased to say that I have been taking action however, every day since I started.

So let's catch up....

I phoned 6 agents on Thursday and spoke with them about my plans. 4 of them were just the wrong fit altogether and 2 guys seemed eager to get to work right away. However, I may have just been yessed to death as neither one has sent out the listings as agreed.

Besides that, I've been catching up on past wisdoms, reading through the expert Q&A on IE, and my nose has been buried in the books.

Posted ghost ads today on Craigslist and I'm hoping to get some responses from buyers, sellers, and other investors as well.
