Day 21

Was unable to do too much RE work today. Did get news that cat pulled through and was looking better and would be released shortly.

So today's activities:
Responded to PMs and Emails.
I did make a post to someone's journal
Spoke with fellow DGer on phone
Was on tonight's call with Carol Stinson
Looked up some of the websites Carol suggested
Saw that my agent was online and asked about my comps & CMAs. Was told that he was extremely busy this week and will not be able to get to them until at least Fri. Considering I don't have any pre-existing buyer's lined up for these properties, I can wait. This has become more of an exercise than a sale but every bit of experience helps.

Entered my dailies.

That's it for tonight

See Y'all tomorrow....

Today is a Different Day

Hello my name is Janet Lee, I am new to real estate investing. I am a student with Dean's Success Academy. I love my mentor Nathan Street and the information that Dean provides.

My biggest problem so far with investing in Real Estate is...well Me! The research and education phase was easy but applying seems to be difficult. I am terrified to be making my daily phone calls to other investors. Everything I say seems so unnatural to me. Which is completely nuts because everyone I talked has been every nice and helpful. But here I sit with only two investors on my buyers list after trying (or not trying) for about two months now.

PS: I have World-Class Concepts to Share!

Newbie and not ready with everyone in place ...

Hey everyone,

I am newbie to RBBP. Now a little about me. I have been in the investing business since 2001. So I have some knowledge but I must say the RBBP is the best, and most exciting and most educational program I have ever seen, even if I haven't got it yet Smiling. Just off the online programs available to newbies. I am more ahead then ever and I have bought a few or so prorgams before, but nothing can come close to the wonderful teaching and expertise of Dean, the coaching staff and Dean's top students. Aloha and Mahalo for sharing there knowledge and experience.
