Got my letters ready to send to the cash sold buyers. Creating database for these potential buyers. Buying business cards and printing myself. Will be handing out to everyone I know. Feelin good about this. I CAN do this!

What a bust.
Today I came up with a formula that, I'm sorry to say, is holding true for me:
Girlfriend + Girlfriend's problems = distractions
Distractions + aggravation from distractions= no progression

Homework + distractions + no progression = FAILURE

The formula I live by holds true always! Preventing a problem is much cheaper and faster than fixing a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) 2 properties shown (done by other wholesalers)
2) 120 signs dropped off at my employee's house
3) Meeting with 2 potential bird dogs this evening
4) Partner coming by to discuss business tonight
5) Put offers in on 2 more properties
6) Return emails and calls on property in the works
7) Put up CL ads
Post fliers
9) Work on getting our website up

This is a typical Friday for us. It's actually a slow day. We're at the end of a marketing sprint, hence 120 signs being dropped off at my guys house.

Point is when your taking action, building your team, and marketing you can expect a day like today! It's exciting. So much action going on.

It's a busy day so I'm keeping this one short!

Just signed the closing papers on the 4th house and will close on my 5th house on September 1st!

I started the program yesterday. I read through the first 100 pages of 30 Days Quick Cash Formula yesterday and started the first DVR series of The Edge 2011 study course. I completed the first DVR today. Thank you Dean! This is an awesome program. My fellow investors are so awesome! I love Greg Murphy and I don't personally know him. I will PM him tomorrow to thank him for his suggestions on finding investors/cash buyers as well as finding deals. I'll start my 2nd DVR tomorrow and hopefully complete the program and the book over the weekend!
