Started digging in to the RBBP. Should have my realtor(s) lined up within the next couple days. My "WHY" is huge and I am pumped. If you didn't get the RBBP, I hope you get an opportunity again and don't pass it up. Much Love to Dean and all his hard work and kindness and to all the guests that were on the live events. I finally got the guts to take the first step on calling a local real estate investor that I detail his cars on my buyers list that i am starting. Knowing he's a full time investor, I called him and asked him if i can put him on my buyers list and he's all happy to be on the list. He's going to E-Mail me his critria of what he deals in soon and hope i can start growing my list. felt so good to get this started and was kind of scared at first, but took the first step. Now on to step #2. And Dean great show on Thursday & Saturday.

Hi... I am also a new student of Dean's Rock Bottom Blueprint and I feel challanged, scared and excited at the same time, but that what is needed for success...to go through these feelings...right!?! I have never ever done real estate and I believe (that's why I bought this program) that Dean is the soul with intergrity and he knows what he is talking about, so I made the decision to do something different, to do better in life and I am ready to take action... So I am pleased to be a part of this community and wishing every person who have make the same decision to do something biger than ever before faith and belief to reach the desired goals in life... take care everybody... and thanks Dean for heelping other people to make a difference in their lifes...

Day 1 to becoming a real estate investor.

I took the plunge and am committed to carrying out every step just as it is laid out in the rock bottom blue print. Today is the first day of the rest of my life and I intend to live it with passion and power. My intention is to produce an income of 5k to 10k by following the plan exactly as laid out step by step. I want to be a person that creates joy and passion in my life and therefore encourages people to follow me. Everything I need is within me now all the Joy Passion and Love I need is in me now. I now activate it. I want to create Wealth for me and everybody around me.

I am fairly new to Deans course and trying to get up to speed. I have a nice house that is dated and needs a cosmetic remodel. My cash buyer fell out! Locked up at $100,000 needs 19500 in repairs - ARV 165,000-175,000.

Is there anyone who has any cash buyers who want to partner on this. I need a cash buyer to close immediately!
