Hello. I'm new to this site and very new to real estate investing. I've recently watched a series of Dean's video's and have purchased his book. I'm 3/4 done with the first and will launch into the second book by day's end. My list of questions grows long with my excitement level. I've decided to ignore the negative thoughts and input from those around me; also ignoring the nay-sayers who proclaim only doom and gloom for our economy. I've decided to jump into the deep end of the real estate investing pool and make my mark. Hope you'll pardon the many questions I'll have as I find my sea-legs. I promise to be generous with help and information as soon as I have some experience tucked under my belt.

I was working on a deal with neighbor across the street, with a slight language barrier! Since May 2011 I told them since they were stuck in an Adjustable rate mortgage that shot through the celling on them to the tune of 3K a month That I would I would buy there house from them valued at 220 for 110 and then they could just pay me the money like I was carrying the mortgage at highly reduced monthly payment and pay me 2-3 K for my effort. All they had to do was let me know eg give me the phone # on who to talk to..I found out yesterday that they payed a lawyer 10K to save there house and I dont even think they got there mortgage reduced, just paying a lower percentage !!! Hey I tried but it makes it worse because I tried to help them but I see them every day!!!!!

I purchased the Rock Bottom Blueprint on 8/6/11 and I have viewed the first video. So I will try out Matt's plan on my next door neighbor who is a real estate agent. We'll see how it goes.

Today was almost a worthless day with having to take my Gfriend to Lakeland (about 50 miles away) for her class on "How to get a job." Since we don't have any of the major stores in my little town that this big city does, I had to take advantage of being there and do a little shopping. In doing that, I was able to cruise some neighborhoods checking for possible leeds so at least I felt like I was doing something RE related.

Does anyone know about or use the Realeflow program? Can some one give me some feedback? I am a new investor and I want to take this to a sky high level, will the "Market Domination" package do this for me?
