Hello everyone, im new to

Hello everyone, im new to this and want to say hi and hope to get the ball rolling on the real estate investing career. i hope to get to talk to alot of you guy's out there and lets have fun.

Any Suggestions !

There is a 2 family house that will soon go up for sale in Lynn,Ma. suburbs of boston. The note is up to date and the value is about $280,000 no pre-foreclouser or anything like that. Any suggestions on what i need to do to get that house? I have no money for a down pay and bad credit.

Welcome to the DG website community. The website is packed with great information and inspiration.

In regards to the duplex in Lynn, Mass see if you could assume the current note/mortgage. In other words, see if the owner would sell the property on contract with a lease option. Otherwise try to find a cash partner and see what options you may have. Just make sure the fair market value has not been impacted like in some other parts of the country. Find out how many bed rooms 3 -2-or-4
