REAL ESTATE AGENT TRUTH OR NOT???

I found this home on the MLS and it was priced not to bad with a little adjustments I got it to where it was right I went into the office to summit the offer and during the whole process I put or assign after my LLC and she had a blow out telling me that if I put this offer in and reassign it to another party and charge them an assignment fee that she will turn me into the real estate board and make sure I get fined for practicing real estate with out a license I did not tell her what I had planed for the property but she said she knows my kind of people and she does not like us that much I them told her that I would not be selling the home that its an assignment fee basically buying my rights to the deal from me can they really turn me in for doing deals and assigning them?????

Everything happens for a reason

You know, I'm here for a reason. I have been following Deans instructions over the last couple of days. The first thing he said was to watch a couple blogs, register, then watch a couple more blogs. I registered a couple days ago and decided to continue watching blogs this morning and ended up watching the second blog he ever posted. He stated how he knew people were beat up by the world. I've been a little beat up and thats exactly how I felt sitting down to my computer this morning. Then, here I go, watch the blog, and he addressed exactly what was on my heart. I know there is money in real estate. There is quality of life, financial freedom, and the respect that we all deserve as people really trying to make a difference in the world.

Dean & Matt's Blueprint

I'm listening to "30 Days to RE Cash" & it's suggested we access Dean & Matt's Blueprint methods. Is it true I need to pay the minimum of $199 for this? Would someone please clarify where I can find this? Thank You!

Starting a Real Estate Investors Association

Starting a Real Estate Investors Association (REIA)
There are numerous Real Estate Investor Associations, Groups, Clubs across the U.S. and Canada, and in some other countries. These groups provide education, network, and community for real estate investors. There are a few websites that post contact information for these organizations, including www.creonline.com, www.reiclub.com, and www.meetup.com. If there is a REIA close to you, we encourage you to attend meetings and become involved with the group.
If you do not have a group close to you, and you are interested in forming a group, here are a few basics to get you started.
