I'm still waiting on the books I ordered, but I received the first three chapters of real estate success right now in my email. (Not sure I got the title right there.) Anyway, it seems like that book will have a lot of really good information in it. It has also really got me thinking about lease options as a good way to get started. There was just a short section at the end about them, so I've got to remember to look into them in more detail later. There were also some really awesome marketing tips in there. I think I'll have a marketing system planned out by the end of the day. Can't really implement it yet, because I'm sure I don't have enough of the details to get started with anything yet, but I'm learning already.

I've just ordered two of Dean's books, and figure I'll have to hold myself accountable, or I'll never actually do anything with them. Maybe the blog will help.
Between working two jobs, and studying real-estate, I probably won't have time to write as often as I should, at least not at first. This seems like a very good opportunity, and is definitely one I don't want to miss. Guess I'll post again in a few days.
