Thanks DG Family

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you. Dean has started something great here with his website and I am grateful that the members here contribute so well into his vision for an uplifting, supportive community.

Anytime I am feeling a little down or overwhelmed just coming on this site and reading what you have posted and reading the helpful, friendly, kind remarks lifts my spirits and resets my mood. So a big Thank You to all of you!

warmest regards,
Lisa Richardson

Take Action Today!

Those words form the name of my company TAT properties.

I was one of those people who needed to "know everything".

While due diligence is important, ACTION is the KEY to getting anything done be it in business or in personal life.

There are several quotes which speak to the truth of this and i have listed some below:

"Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do."
- Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

"An ounce of action is worth a ton of theory" ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking."
- William B. Sprague

"Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

30 Days to Real Estate Cash

I recently attended the Buying Summit and came away feeling great and a little overwhelmed.

I have been a member of Dean's group for three months.
while I have learned a lot and implemented what i have learned I haven't closed a deal.

I am not throwing in the towel - far from it. I met Dean at the summit and received for free his book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash.

I am a diamond member of his program, have one on one mentoring and have been doing my homework but have decided (partly due to necessity) that my next goal is to read and follow exactly his blueprint for success in 30 days.

When Did You decide You Were An Investor?

When did you not only decide but declare you were a real estate investor?

Was it after you completed your first deal? Your fifth? Your tenth? Was it after you made a certain amount of money?

I am a new investor. Only been at this for two months. I came home after my Boots on the Ground weekend. Drove two hours, arriving home at about 11:30 p.m. on a Saturday night.

I told my hubby that first thing Monday morning I was going to place some ads looking for buyers. He took our suitcases upstairs and when he came back down I told him I had placed three ads.

He was surprised but encouraging. The next morning (Sunday) at 7:30 I got my first reply to one of my ads.
Immediately when the call ended I began scouting on potential properties.
