Ok, I am starting to see that the "naysayer" stuff I keep whinning about "is in fact" a typically big problem. (gotta pay attention here!

Another little step/giant leap
January 10th, 2012 | posted by LithiumrechargeNervous this morning! I joined the local business "Brealfast club Meeting". So after signing up for the HiREI club I am joining a standard "business" club (networking) on the suggestion of one of my customers that I do handyman work for. "Peter", He's a retired CPA and I work on his place as well as some of is "rentals".(Many nice apt's around town)So,taking the advice of "other's" who are successful in their lives, I am just kind of "jumping into the fire" and going for it. Sort of like how I am doing with Dean. Anyway, nervous because I get one minute to go up and introduce myself/what I do. Someone wrote me earlier that that is what they did in frot of 10-20-30-100, a thousnand people so I will perservere and just go for it!
Funny!
January 10th, 2012 | posted by LithiumrechargeI guess I am learning about how this post/blog/journaling stuff works. I am figuring out that I am actually "commenting" on my own blog instead of starting a new entry so ok, no sweat. From now on I just start a new blog instead of commneting on my own blog. I actually thought that that is how you continue the blog entry!? Ha ha, funny! Think thats what I am doing on the journaling post too! Yikes! Ok, so we will try a different technique now. Hope I am getting closer. I have some really heavy stuff that I need to share so when I get back I'll put it up. Thanks for your patience!

January 9th, 2012 | posted by LithiumrechargeOn the internet MSNBC this morning, Article: More people walking away from "underwater" mortgages. "Business Week" (Dec 2011 issue)on an economics feature page: "HOUSING". It goes on to artistically present stats and figures (redundant?) oh well... anyway, check this out -( "Las Vegas homes predicted to drop 13.9% between 2011-2012. New home sales dropped from 1.28 million to 305 thousand in 2011 (it's the fewest since the commerce dept. began keeping count in 1963). more than 25% of American hoemowners are "underwater" owing more on their mortgages than their homes are worth.
Starting to make a little sense.
January 7th, 2012 | posted by LithiumrechargeOk, I am going from blog to journal to blog, trying to figure out what I am exactly doing. This is really my first experience in participating in a web/internet participation site and I feel like a real goof sometimes trying to "navigate" myself around. "Forum", "blog", "journal" "comment","reply","post",????.... However,I hope I am not being the site "goon" and leaving a mess all over the place. I must say, this however, This is really a lot of fun!
