July 2, 2014. Stardate Retrospect last July 2013 I was logging on to DG more frequently. We bought one rental last summer.

Initiate: Seth Godin blogger and Squidoo launcher wrote Poke the Box...see what happens, don't let fear stop you from being an entrepreur. Go,go, go get out there and applaud the people trying(and yes failing) but Getting back up to try again. Godin also wrote Linchpin and it is my next book on the summer reading list as well as Alchemist, (Dean's pick).

The Edge event got me motivated. I made 5 offers this week, while working my day job. One deal under contract with bites and selling to another wholesale construction team.

I am putting it out to the universe. I AM Shifting into real estate full time 2015, making millions.
I'd Love to join Dean's team by networking starting in Tucson, AZ this year 2014.

Hello DG members,

Routines are what we do everyday and when we put real estate investments into the mix, it wasn't top priority as we moved in together. Jim and I have of daily routines and work schedules. I teach so the summer is my free time to focus on what I wish to accomplish.

Now my mornings are filled with reading DG posts from other members and watching Dean's motivational video blogs. We are making offers after digesting the educational information and putting our feet into the pool.

Yes! I had heard of Dean Graziosi and purchased a book five years before thinking the steps sound too easy. I was skeptical.

Now Jim asked me to attend a conference in Las Vegas and become his real estate partner for life. I said "Yes!" and we had two Buying Summit participants stand up as witnesses. Our first deal had rehab project got cash, through OPM $$.

Thanks to Cory (Cash Flow Cory) for providing us with a lovely wedding dinner voucher at the Luxor. Lamb and heritage tomatoes were fantastic, as well as the honeymoon suite.

We are on our way as real estate investors,now in 2013.
Multiplexes and REO deals are on the way.
